New ACQ Code of Ethics and Code of conduct for Members
A thorough review process has led to the update of the ACQ’s former Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct for Members. The Board of Directors adopted the new version on September 17. It was sent to you along with your annual membership renewal on October 1.
This code and its principles are intended as guidelines to be followed. It aligns with the Association’s values and is part of our ongoing efforts to better support our community.
Each member camp must review and comply with it. A checkbox on the membership renewal form or the membership application form serves as confirmation of this commitment.
The media kit is now available!
Would you like to promote your camp and your services to families, schools, or camp managers? For your promotional campaign, don’t miss out on the visibility opportunities offered by the Association des camps du Québec (ACQ)!
Once again this year, the ACQ is offering various options to promote your activities and services on its platforms throughout the year.
The ACQ’s new media kit is now available, and as always, certified member camps receive a 50% discount off market value on all promotional offers. Official suppliers receive a 25% discount.

The 2025 Canadian Camp Census Report is here!
In summer 2025, accredited camps across Canada welcomed approximately 484,000 children. Beyond the camper experience, camps create jobs, support local economies, and build stronger communities.
Drawing on responses from 310 accredited camps across eight Provincial Camping Associations, the 2025 Canadian Camp Census explores the sector’s impact, the barriers camps face, and opportunities for growth.
