Update your information for the fall!
The end of the summer season is fast approaching! Before leaving for your well-deserved vacation, take the time to update your information.
Log in to your zone membre to make the necessary changes before the arrival of fall. Make sure to:
1. Update your camp sheets
Don't forget to change your summer stay dates for fall dates for the following programs, if applicable:
- Nature class and discovery class program
- Group program and chalet rentals
- Fall family camp
Also, make sure to change your images accordingly.
2. Post your jobs on the job board
Do you have positions open for fall and winter? Post them on the ACQ job board!
3. Update your delegates for the AGM
We would like to update your organization's delegate list in preparation for our AGM this fall. An email to the attention of your general management was sent out this week. If you haven't received it yet, contact us at [email protected].
Further advice :
- For camps that are not in operation over fall or winter, inform your staff that jobs are available year-round in camps by referring them to the job board.
- If you haven't already, take the time to contact your staff to thank them for their summer and wish them a great school year!
