Submit an application for the ACQ awards!

Promote your efforts and the quality of your camp by submitting an application for the Association des camps du Québec (ACQ) awards.

The application period ends soon!

Submit an application by September 29th by 5 p.m. to see one of your projects or someone from your organization recognized at the annual conference gala.

Summary of certification and compliance visits 2023

A team of 40 consultants shared the mandate of visiting nearly 320 camp sites in almost all the administrative regions of Quebec. The satisfaction rate of the camps with the work of the ACQ consultants is once again very satisfactory this year and we are very proud!

The ACQ would like to thank all the camps that welcomed a consultant and thank our team of consultants for their professionalism. Your commitment to the application of standards and guidelines helps you contribute to the quality and safety of our industry.

When will I receive my final visit report?

The certification and compliance notices will be known at the end of September following the board meeting and the camps will subsequently receive their final visit report.

Update your information for the fall

Log in to your zone membre to update your information for the arrival of fall. Make sure to :

1. Update your camp sheets

Don't forget to change your summer stay dates for fall dates for the following programs, if applicable :

• Nature class and discovery class program
• Group program and chalet rentals
• Fall family camp

Also, make sure to change your images accordingly.

2. Post your jobs on the job board

Do you have positions open for fall and winter? Post them on the ACQ job board!

3. Update your delegates for the AGM

We would like to update your organization's delegate list in preparation for our AGM this fall. An email to the attention of your general management was sent out this week. If you haven't received it yet, contact us at [email protected].
