Summer schedule

Take note of the ACQ team summer hours from June 24th to August 29th:

• Monday to Thursday: 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Friday: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday: closed
• Closed for National holidays: June 24 (Saint-Jean-Baptiste) and July 1 (Canada Day)

The ACQ conference is the ultimate training and networking event for camp managers! 

In recent years, the conference has attracted nearly 400 people from all over Quebec to learn more about industry issues and trends. The quality of the conferences given by experts and the richness of the Exhibitors' Fair, which brings together over 50 partners and suppliers, are just some of the highlights of this event.

Theme chosen for 2025

This year's theme, The Science of Camps - Boiling and Connecting, highlights the very essence of our industry: a skilful blend of rigour, dynamism, and enriching experiences. Let the ideas bubble, the knowledge cross-fertilize, and the business relationships flourish!

The ACQ conference: a must!

The ACQ conference is the only event in Quebec entirely dedicated to camp managers. It features a strong theme and numerous opportunities to celebrate the projects and people of our community, thanks to special entertainment, cocktails and a camp-flavoured gala.

SAVE THE DATE

Rendezvous at Manoir Saint-Sauveur in the Laurentians from November 11th to 13th, 2025. Several packages will be offered, with or without pre-conference: 4 days, 3 days, 2 days, 1 day, 1 evening, 1 workshop. 

All you have to do is choose from the packages available starting the week of August 4th!
